Terms of service

A plain-language summary of how we work. Your accepted quotation contains the exact terms for your project.

Starting a project

A signed quotation and the stated deposit are required before work begins. The accepted quotation contains the exact commercial terms.

Larger projects may use milestone payments. Final files and access are released after the full balance is paid.

We follow the agreed schedule. Delays in content, access or feedback may move delivery dates.

Packages include the revision rounds stated in the quotation. New requirements are quoted separately.

Deposits cover work already reserved and started and are generally non-refundable. If OG Technologies cancels, unspent funds are refunded.

We apply professional care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, successful data recovery or indirect business results.
