What is the difference between monthly and once-off packages?+
Monthly packages have a setup fee and ongoing monthly payments, with support and services listed for that package. Once-off packages show a project price and a deposit or milestone payment arrangement. Review the inclusions and terms for the option you choose.
How long is the monthly commitment?+
The Small Business and Medium Business monthly packages are published as 12-month growth partnerships. Enterprise scope and service levels are agreed together. The accepted quotation contains the exact commercial terms for your project.
Does choosing a package create a contract or take payment?+
No. A package button opens the quotation form with the business size and payment option selected. You can describe your requirements and discuss the scope before accepting a quotation or making a payment.
Can I request one service instead of a package?+
Yes. The individual-service guide lists prices for website work, apps, marketing, SEO, IT support, branding and printed products. Final costs depend on the confirmed scope, quantity and any assessment needed.
Can I change the package to fit my requirements?+
You can request a custom quotation when the published packages do not fit. Tell us what you need and your priorities. We will discuss the scope and provide a price for the agreed work.
What happens to client portal access?+
Monthly portal access remains active while the plan is active. The published once-off packages include portal access through delivery plus 90 days. Other support and handover inclusions are listed in each package.
Is the setup fee or deposit included in the displayed monthly price?+
The setup fee is shown separately from the recurring monthly amount. For once-off packages, the deposit percentage or milestone arrangement describes how the project price is paid. Your accepted quotation confirms the payment schedule.
