Do SEO and advertising services guarantee enquiries or rankings?

No. Search rankings and campaign results depend on competition, content, budget and other factors. We agree on the work to be carried out; advertising spend is quoted separately from management services.

Can I request branding and printing separately?

Yes. You can request design work, printed products or both. For printing, artwork requirements, product quantities and delivery are confirmed before the order proceeds.

Is ongoing website or app support included?

Support depends on your package or quotation. Monthly website packages include the support stated in their inclusions. Once-off work includes only the handover and support agreed for that project. Additional features or ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately.
